SWENG's mission is to build and maintain a productive membership of exceptional local area businesses who share the highest standards of quality and business ethics demonstrated by policy and practice. To increase business opportunities of members through shared business activities and a strong referral network.

To maintain this active referral network utilizing weekly meetings and occasional social events designed to encourage

long-term business relationships and building opportunities.
